Test roasts are a result of our production trial and error to find the best flavour of a coffee. They unfortunately did not meet our high quality standards, but are too good to waste and we are selling them at a discounted price. There can be many reasons for this, from a smaller amount of green beans left over at the end of a bag, to a roast that has slightly gone off target. But the coffee still tastes good and we hate coffee going to waste.
We do not specify what coffee is in the bag.
