Roastery Tour

See inside the day to day running of our roastery.

Hosted by Justin, follow the journey and flow of coffee, from green to roasted, through our roastery right onto the cupping table. Each session's tasting features coffees based on seasonality, producer highlights and our shop offering.

- Start off with a coffee of your choice to enjoy during the first part of the tour 

- Learn about the journey from farm to cup including how we source beans, the roasting process and how we roast to bring out the notes in the cup.

- See our roasting room and get up close to the coffee roaster. (Roasting may be in progress which will limit how close you can get to the roaster but you'll get more of an insight to how the roasting works)

- Finish off with a cupping session where you will learn how we evaluate and taste coffees from all over the world.

Please Note That Part Of The Tour Takes Place Inside The Roasting Room Which Will Be In Full Production, Floor May Be Wet And The room may be warm So Customers Need To Wear Appropriate Clothing And Footwear. Also There Is Limited Seating During The Tour And No Seating While Inside Roasting room Itself, So Customers Need To Be Able To Stand For A Time.
