The Producer

Ramón has been working with coffee for 20 years, having been introduced to it by his parents from a young age. However, it was only two years ago that he began focusing on specialty coffee, motivated by the opportunities it offers. Today, he manages both the administrative side and the farm’s processes, driven by curiosity and a desire to improve, which has led him to introduce new varieties like Gesha and Bourbon.

Alongside coffee, Ramón cultivates crops for family consumption and seeks additional income during the off-season by working on relatives’ farms. His work reflects adaptability and determination, as he continues to strengthen his project and explore better opportunities through coffee.

The Artwork

Elouise is an artist rooted in the Dingle Peninsula, inspired by its colours, weather, folklore and wildlife. Drawn to flowers and hedgerows, she paints the feeling of place rather than its form, using colour and abstracted shapes to evoke mood, memory and energy. Her work lives between the recognisable and the imagined, offering a gentle invitation to pause, notice, and feel.
