The Producer
Nestor Lasso is a coffee producer in Colombia who, alongside his brother Adrian, took over his family’s 14-hectare farm. In recent years, they’ve transformed their approach, focusing on micro-lot production and refining their processing methods. Their coffees are now highly sought after by roasters and featured in competitions worldwide, helping to significantly improve their family’s quality of life.

The Artwork
Elouise is an artist rooted in the Dingle Peninsula, inspired by its colours, weather, folklore and wildlife. Drawn to flowers and hedgerows, she paints the feeling of place rather than its form, using colour and abstracted shapes to evoke mood, memory and energy. Her work lives between the recognisable and the imagined, offering a gentle invitation to pause, notice, and feel.
