The blend is a 50/50 mix of Brazilian and Guatemalan.
The Guatemalan bean is from the La Bolsa farm in the La Libertad, Huehuetenango region. The Brazilian bean is from the Sertão farm in the Carmo de Minas region.
The two beans blend well together to give a very smooth cup with tasting notes of chocolate, caramelized sugar and a nutty after taste.
