Coffee na Caolóige
The profits from this product will go to the Louis Mulcahy's Pottery.
We came up with this blend by working with them to serve in their Café 💛 It is exclusive to them and has been going down a treat with their customers (and staff)!
The blend is a 50/50 mix of Brazilian and Guatemalan.
The Guatemalan bean is from the La Bolsa farm in the La Libertad, Huehuetenango region. The Brazilian bean is from the Sertão farm in the Carmo de Minas region.
The two beans blend well together to give a very smooth cup with tasting notes of chocolate, caramelized sugar and a nutty after taste.
Choose which grind you would prefer and away you go.
Whole beans - grinder needed
Medium ground - ideal for aeropress, v60 and French press
Coarse ground - ideal for French press/cafetiere and cold brew.
Fine ground - ideal for an espresso machine and moka pot.
