Join us for a full-day immersive barista training course designed to provide a solid foundation for coffee enthusiasts. We'll go over the basics of being a barista as well as a deep dive into some key areas to help give you a well rounded barista experience. 

This is perfect for aspiring baristas and passionate coffee enthusiasts. Whether you're looking to pursue a career in the coffee industry or simply deepen your coffee expertise, this course is ideal for those looking to learn. 

During the course you will cover the following;

• What is speciality coffee? – Learn about specialty coffee, roasting methods, processing techniques, and coffee sourcing and some information on the coffee producers.
  
  

• Understanding Espresso and extraction  – Learn how to dial in your espresso for perfect extraction every time
  
  

• Milk Steaming & Milk Science – Understand the science behind milk texture, temperature, and how to steam milk for the perfect texture
  
  

• Latte Art – Learn the techniques for creating beautiful latte art
  
  

• Filter Brewing – Discover the best methods for brewing filter coffee
  
  

• Efficient Workflow – Improve your barista station efficiency for smooth operations
  
  

• Espresso Machine & Grinder Cleaning – Discover the right cleaning routines to keep your equipment in top shape

This course is aimed at beginners as well as those who have already begun their coffee knowledge as we go through content in a comprehensive yet well-paced manner.

Duration: The course starts at 10 am and finishes at 3.00pm approx. There will be a 30 minute lunch break, please bring your own lunch or you can drive to a near by shop. Some light pastries will be provided.
