Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Bean in dingle‘s Instagram Giveaway Contest as of 16/05/2024

1. Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
   • Reside in Ireland
   • Are 18 years of age or older
2. Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post on Instagram. Entry requirements may include liking, sharing, following, or tagging friends. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
3. Duration: The giveaway contest starts on 16/05/2024 and ends on 31/05/2024 at 4pm [Ireland]. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
4. Prize: The winner will receive one sage barista impress coffee machine and two kgs of coffee beans. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Bean in dingle reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message within 1 day after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.
6. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow bean in dingle to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
7. Liability: Bean in dingle is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless bean in dingle and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
8. Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of Ireland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
9. Modification: Bean in dingle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Bean in dingle also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.

By participating in the giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions, as defined by bean in dingle.
