Using a combination of our ikawa sample roaster and 5kg Giesen roaster, we develop roast profiles that aim to bring out the optimum flavours from the coffee beans we source.

We work exclusively with a coffee importing company that works directly with coffee farms all over the world. This gives us the ability to rotate single-origin coffees on constant basis, depending on what is currently in season, as well as maintaining our core selection.
