Our Story
We opened the 'Bean in Dingle' in the summer of 2015 to bring our love of coffee, music and good vibes to the people of Dingle and the tourists who visit. With the support of our amazing locals from Dingle and all over, we were able to purchase a 6 kg small batch coffee roaster to source coffee from all over the world and roast it here in Dingle.
We have served beans from Africa to South and Central America and everywhere in between; we source our green coffee beans through cafe imports, all of which are accredited, high grade specialty coffee farms & brokers.
Since then we have opened a second location in Killarney and continue to serve high grade coffee in both shops and supply other places across Ireland.

Murphy's Ice Cream
Sean and Kieran Murphy started Murphy's Ice Cream in Dingle, Co. Kerry in 2000, with the goal of making the best ice cream in the world. Our uachtar reoite gleoite is produced in the Gaeltacht area of Corca Dhuibhne, an area with special linguistic status, where the Irish language is still spoken on a daily basis.
