The coffee undergoes around \u003cstrong\u003e12 hours of dry fermentation\u003c\/strong\u003e before being sun-dried on African raised beds for \u003cstrong\u003e12–15 days\u003c\/strong\u003e, helping preserve clarity and structure in the cup. \u003cspan class=\"contents\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe lot is made up of \u003cstrong\u003eindigenous Ethiopian heirloom varieties\u003c\/strong\u003e, grown in one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated coffee-producing regions.
