  • Tasting notes of 
    Caramelized sugar, Panela, Cola.
  • This special bean from Colombia is produced by a group of women whose mission is to improve their families quality of life through coffee farming, and to contribute to their community by working together and sharing resources, knowledge and support.

ethiopia guji

  • Tart Acidity, florals, toffee, hazelnut and citrus fruit flavours.
  • A balanced and sweet bean full of flavour and a smooth mouthfeel.
  • Region: Haro Wachu, Uraga, Guji
  • Farm: Various smallholder farmers
  • Process: Washed

Costa rica - el venado

  • This bean from Costa Rica gives a sweet and citric cup with a chocolaty, smooth and nutty taste.
  • Region: Grecia, Naranjo, West Valley
  • Farm: El Venado
  • Variety: Catuai
  • Process: Honey
  • Altitude: 1650 masl
  • The mill and its affiliated farms are run by a pair of second-generation coffee-producing sisters and their husbands. The family's farms are adjacent to one another, and the micromill they share is located at the family home not far away.

Rwanda -Gishamwana island

  • This is a heavy, sweet and savoury cup with a tangy grapefruit mouthful. Notes of caramel, grapefruit, cranberry and sugar.

nicaragua - jesus mountain

  • Our very first bean from Nicaragua. We wanted a bean with christmas in mind, and a bean from the Jesus Mountain is perfect.

  • This coffee has rich chocolate and cocoa flavours, with spices and ginger to go along with the floral aroma.
